2 bedroom, 1 bath condo with a private entrance on the 2nd floor of the unit. Must climb 1 set of stairs. In a very quite safe location less than a 10 minute drive to Ft. Jackson, USC Medical School, VA hospital, University of South Carolina, Williams Brice Stadium and downtown Columbia.

The space
1 Queen room and a room with 2 twin beds. Living room has two futon couches that can sleep 1 person each. There are also 2 thin twin mattresses in the closet of the twin room that can be used on the floor for extra sleeping arrangements to accommodate a total of 8 people sleeping at the condo unit. Please use the full size liners for the futons before placing sheets on them. These are located in the queen room closet alongside the full size sheets which are for the futons

It is a nice neighborhood for walking or biking. There is a playground and ballpark at Valencia Park which is a 4 minute walk. Otherwise, there is plenty of shopping at Woodhills shopping mall with a Target and many other shops within abfive minute drive. There are many coffee shops and restaurants within 5-7 minutes on Rosewood Drive, Garners Ferry Rd and Five Points. USC is less than 10 minutes, Ft Jackson is 10 minutes, Williams Brice Football Stadium is 5 minutes, USC Medical School, VA hospital, Fireflies Stadium, Colonial Life Arena, Koger Center, Children's Hospital, Downtown, The Vista, Main St and the State House are all a 10 minute drive. There are many restaurants, bars, pubs and boutique shopping opportunities throughout these areas.
