Luxurious Villa decorated in a "Tulum" style with luxury finishes and furniture. Perfect for a beachfront vacation. Enjoy the terrace and a small pool to cool off after coming out of the sea. Take a nap in a hammock with a spectacular view from the master bedroom and enjoy the sound of nature. We don't charge for electricity and we have an emergency power generator, so you'll never run out of power and air conditioning, which by the way we have everywhere :)

The space
The house is designed to be practical when entertaining guests, preparing dinner or creating excellent family life, since for us the most important thing is to enjoy the beach and the sea as a family. Each room has A/C and its own bathroom. We have hot water in all bathrooms, Wi-Fi throughout the house and TV in the main room and in the living room.

The Yucatecan coast suffers from many power outages of up to 12 consecutive hours, so with us you will have the guarantee of never running out of electricity thanks to our new emergency power plant, capable of powering the entire house and all the air conditioners at the same time.

Guest access
The beach bordered by palm trees is part of the house's property. Beyond the bushes towards the sea is a common area. Pruning, removing, or cutting down these shrubs is a crime as it is protected by federal authorities.

The parking lot is delimited between the shrubs and the light wall. The wooden pergola with black hammocks is for the exclusive use of the house.

Other things to note
* Having a vehicle is recommended.
* Available in the village of Telchac (going out to the road to the left hand side 7 min) basic necessities, raw and cooked seafood. We recommend the "El rosario de Fátima" store located on a corner on the right side. Similarly, we have an Oxxo convenience store at approximately the same distance but on the right-hand side towards Progreso.

* Due to the location and ecosystem of the area, the house is fumigated once every 30 days, but it is possible to find some harmless insects and lizards.

Neighborhood highlights

San Bruno is a secluded place, without noise and with almost virgin beaches, which makes it a place to relax and be calm. We are 7 minutes away from the village of "Telchac" and 30 minutes away from "Chicxulub" / "Progreso". In the first one you can find basic necessities, and in the second everything you need since it has hotels, hospitals, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. We also have a convenience store (OXXO) on the way to Chicxulub, 7 km from the house.

As the house is located in an almost virgin area, with a lot of local flora and fauna, the presence of some insects and lizards is possible. To avoid this as much as possible, we fumigate every 30 days against cockroaches and insects, but it is possible to find the occasional one.
