Welcome aboard the historic cargo ship the Buiten Verwachting. The space of the Airbnb is the old skipper's house (roef) and the wheelhouse with its own entrance and completely private. In the wheelhouse, you can enjoy breakfast or read a book with a view over the water and the harbor. The cabin is modernly furnished as a studio and cleverly equipped with everything you need for a stay. The dog is also welcome on board. Our ship is located in the most beautiful part of Nieuwegein: Vreeswijk.

The space
The Airbnb includes the wheelhouse (4 m2) and the old skipper's quarters (deckhouse) (16 m2), which is fully equipped. The wheelhouse and deckhouse can be reached separately from the hold and are therefore completely private. Please note that the room is only 1.9 meters high, and the bed is 1.3 to 1.4 meters wide.
In the summer months, we are sailing. Please send a personal message about the possibilities for a stay on board.
