A Stunning studio that is in the heart of Old Mandeville. Steps to shopping, restaurants, the Trailhead and the lakefront. Beautiful Oak trees drape the town with beautiful historic homes. There are numerous coffee shops, restaurants, bars, an antique shop, and many other shops in walking or biking distance! There are many concerts at the Trailhead and the famous Dew Drop In.
The studio includes a completely private deck with a grill for BBQing. A shared garden pool is just steps away.

Old Mandeville has historic architecture, beautiful scenery, and gorgeous live oaks like the one on this property. The tree on the property is over 300 years old and is admired by many. A glorious bike ride through the neighborhood reveals gators and turtles in the bayou as well as a beautiful lakefront and trailhead. The farmers market is a perfect way to start your Saturday morning with local fruits, vegetables, plants, live music, and great food! The people are friendly and happy to chat a while!

Welcome to the Stunning Studio! This area is historic and fun with all the activities surrounding it. Beautiful oak trees line the neighborhood and 2 bikes are available for exploring. The studio is private and includes a large private deck to enjoy with an outdoor shower and a bbq grill if you so desire and a lovely garden pool to take a refreshing swim. Restaurants, bars, shopping and the trailhead are all available in walking distance. So much to do!
