This is a one-bedroom suite (1LDK) with a guest-only entrance and indoor parking, in a house built in November 2017. It is located in a quiet residential area overlooking Takadai Park, about 14-minute walk east of Shin-Sapporo Station.

Sapporo's sub-center, "New Sapporo", is about 9 minutes from Sapporo Station by JR Express Airport and about 28 minutes from New Chitose Airport. In addition to the good transportation access, with 20 minutes to Odori Park on the municipal subway Tozai line, it was ranked first in the "Really Livable City Award 2021 in Hokkaido" for its balance of abundant natural environment surrounded by greenery, and convenient living with commercial, medical, and university facilities.
