This luxury 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house is located in the quiet small town of Los Pargos in Playa Negra, only 5 minutes from the beach. House is private and safe. Fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool and bbq ! Sleeps up to 10 people.

The space
Due to the location within Playa Negra you are in short drive to the beach, restaurants and shops as well as different surf breaks such as Avellanas or Junquillal.

Guest access
With approx. 4500 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out. The spacious sitting areas and warm living room with flat screen TV will make you feel at home. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and a huge bathroom with a bath tub, two other bedrooms have one king, one queen size bed each and the fourth bedroom includes 6 single beds.
Each bedroom has its full bathroom. The kitchen features custom wood cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 dining areas – a bar on the kitchen island for breakfast or a quick lunch and a large area with a couple wooden tables.
Our manicured tropical garden surrounds a large swimming pool, a cozy deck for massages and on the other end a bbq area for you to enjoy after a long day at the beach.

Other things to note
Casa Tranquilo has a housekeeping lady that will come for 4 hrs. twice a week to clean the house, bathrooms, change towels and if you need to do laundry, she can do it for you, just let us know in advance if possible, so she can do it first thing on arrival.

Playa Negra is a small quiet surf town, only 30min south of Tamarindo for nightlife, ATM or big supermarkets. Playa Negra have great restaurants with amazing food, a well supplied minimarket called Las Tecas and a couple surf shops. Main peak when good only for experienced surfers but also next to it, we have what we call sandy beach, where the less experienced can go for a swim, surf session or a surf lesson.
