This listing is for the entire penthouse. Rustic elegance, spa-like features, and convenience to everything Chattanooga has to offer! Our newly built luxury retreat sits atop Good Fortune Soap & Spa in the “Southside district” of Chattanooga and promises a noteworthy experience unlike any other.

This is the perfect vacation spot for small bachelorette, bachelor, and wedding friends to relax (no unauthorized parties or events). It is the perfect spot for people that want comfort and privacy!

The space
Relax Chattanooga offers one large 1,660 sq. ft. home with a private rooftop deck. You will receive both the King & Queen Suite and Broad Street Suite, united by a pocket wall that you can open, or leave closed for privacy during your stay.

Enjoy two private entrances, four bedrooms, a full kitchen, a wet bar, two and a half baths, and a washer and dryer. The rooftop deck is the perfect spot to take in views of Downtown and Lookout Mountain, exercise, or watch the sunset.

The open concept kitchen and living space are flooded with natural light from the skylight, providing you with a serene area to gather and entertain. This suite has all of the amenities of home such as stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, high def Roku TV, and high-speed internet.

Staying inside is just as fun as getting outdoors! Pull up a seat at the kitchen peninsula, dining room table, or comfy couch for a board game or coffee and conversation.

The fully stocked kitchen is great for cooking (and eating)! We provide pots, pans, plates, glasses, utensils, and all the essentials you'll need for a proper meal.

Dim the lights, light a candle and soak in our deep two-person bathtub. If soaking isn't your thing, then take a relaxing shower in our giant tub/shower or our two-person shower and get ready for a night on the town.

When you are ready to sleep, then take your pick of one of the two King bedrooms, Queen bedroom, two Twin trundle rooms, or the two Queen sleeper sofa. Either option will provide you with much needed (and deserved) R&R. We provide top quality mattresses, linens, and towels.

If you feel like a little exercise, then hop on some rental bikes and cruise the Riverwalk just down the road from the hotel. The riverwalk goes all the way Downtown and then continues for miles until you reach the dam. It is one of the reasons Chattanooga was voted the best city to live (twice)!

Our Suites offer stylish design, relaxing extras, and facials and massages below in our spa. Free parking is ample and provided.

We are located on South Broad Street between Downtown and Lookout Mountain. Our newly built boutique hotel sits atop Good Fortune Soap & Spa. Open Tu-Fr 10-6 & Sat 10-4 for you to enjoy the Make & Take Body Care Studio, our Organic Spa with facials and massages and get helpful information from our staff.

We are only one mile from amazing restaurants and shops (Alleia, Flying Squirrel, and Station Street, and only a few hundred feet from the Riverwalk, a beautiful walk/bike trail that leads to downtown on the river and continues for miles along the beautiful paved Tennessee River.

Like most area’s downtown there is a mix of characters on every street. We are in a gorgeous historic building on a well-lit street and we feel extremely safe and content here. We do recommend you lock your car and take valuables.
