Come stay with us at The Grove! Located on a retired orange grove on the Floral City chain of lakes, you are sure to have a one-of-a-kind Florida experience.

Stroll amongst citrus, ancient oaks, and abundant flora on our 66-acre property. We have a walking path right on the water, or get adventurous and explore the wild "north 40" acres!

An exceptional piece of land, we neighbor the Flying Eagle Preserve. And only a few miles away from some of Floridas most famous freshwater springs!

The space
You are sure to get the "Old Florida" experience here at the Grove. Located on a retired orange grove, next to a spring-fed river, among century old cypress trees.

The cottage is located at the front of the property, in a traditional neighborhood setting, right on Gobbler Drive, but you will have access to the entire property to get away from it all! *Know that the cottage is not secluded, it is right on Gobbler Drive, but a few steps east will give you access to our 66-acre property that is a wilderness of natural beauty.

Our property is just minutes away from some of the most famous springs in Florida, such as Crystal River Springs, Rainbow River Springs, Homosassa Springs, just to name a few! Besides spending a day snorkeling among the manatees, you can find plenty of other outdoor activities to do - canoeing, kayaking, and hiking - all right here on the property or just a drive away.

There is a public boat ramp to access the Floral City Chain of Lakes just down the road (.25 miles away) if you plan on bringing a boat. You may park your boat, trailer, RV, on the property, no problem.

Feel free to harvest some citrus during your stay! We love to share our abundance and know there are few things like harvesting your own food. Enjoy as breakfast, a snack, or squeeze your own orange juice!

Please note, we allow pets at this listing but we charge a $20 pet clean fee PER ANIMAL. You will be responsible for sending this payment through Airbnb, or leaving cash - the clean fee goes directly into the pockets of our dedicated cleaning staff. Thank you in advance!

I graduated from Florida International University in Miami, FL in May of 2015 and have been traveling nearly non-stop since. Throughout these travels I was blessed to encounter different hosts all over the world that treated me like family. Being able to experience new places and cultures through a local is a beautiful thing! Now that I'm back home and more settled, I feel privileged to return this favor to my fellow travelers. Karma at it's finest. I used the inspiration fueled by my travels to build my company - Om the Go. A travel & wellness company with a mission to motivate you to come home to yourself, wherever you are. I design and lead yoga and wellness retreats around the globe, including on sailboats! I started hosting yoga retreats at my family farm in 2018. This experience inspired me to design the space to where others could enjoy the farm too - which led to creating Wonderfield Farm and Grove, a permaculture farm and event space. We currently host overnight guests at the farm as well! Travel for me is much, much more than a plane ticket to a strange place - more so a new way of seeing things. It's being able to attain a fresh perspective on the beauty that surrounds me, whether that beauty is in my backyard or across the Pacific Ocean. And the most important thing? Remembering to come home to myself, no matter where I am in the world.
