Our cosy and comfortable guest room and a scrumptious breakfast each morning await you.
Our apartment, which is on the top floor of one of Dublin's most historic and beautiful Victorian red brick buildings, has a cosy and very comfortable guest-room - perfect for a visit to Dublin. The apartment is located right in the city centre just a 1 minute walk from Grafton Street and perhaps 3 minutes from Trinity College, St Stephen's Green, and Temple Bar. You walk downstairs and you are immediately in the hub bub of Dublin's upmarket, trendy but elegant South Side.
The guest room is opposite the bathroom on the main level of the apartment (NOT up the ladder you see in the photographs) and is a comfortable size with a heavenly bed with 100% cotton linen, feather pillows and a down duvet. While the bathroom is shared it is sparkling clean with a lovely shower, fresh towels and lots of hot water. (Hairdryer, adaptors and chargers are available.)
The apartment has wi-fi but also has a pc available for guests to use if they don't have their laptop with them.
We have a large screen for movie nights if you come back after a long day's site seeing and want a quiet night in.
It is important to mention that we are located up 3 flights of stairs and as the apartment is in an old charismatic building there is no lift. The convenience is that you will certainly go home fitter than you came :) and with all the delicious food on offer in Dublin you might be happy to have a work out built in to your holiday break.

Other Things to Note
Dublin is a wonderful city and the apartment is in perhaps one of the best locations to be able to really enjoy the city. Everything is right here, just open the front door and you are immediately immersed in the hustle and bustle of Dublin.
The apartment has a non smoking policy but we do have a terrace where guests are welcome to smoke should they so wish.
Victoria was an unbelievable host. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel right at home. She offered me coffee, tea, and even breakfast. Gave me a rain jacket and massage oil for my bruised foot.
My room was spotless and even accented with fresh flowers. The shower was a highlight as well.
Victoria, herself, is a wonderful person inside and out. If you are lucky enough to stay with her (and Frank, if he is in town), it will make your trip to Dublin that much more enjoyable.
Great experience. Lovely centralized location with an equally helpful host. Just a stone's throw from many attractions and eateries, and the living space is inviting and cozy. Would book again.
Victoria and Frank are amazing and gracious hosts. They accepted our late night stay request, rescuing us from another terrible apt. share. They happily greeted us and offered great bar, restaurant and site seeing recommendations. The apt is a cool and tasteful space with a private room. Great location and people, would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
We could not have asked for better hosts for our first weekend in Dublin! Victoria and Frank welcomed us warmly as friends into their beautiful cosy home & we did not want to leave! Victoria went over & above what we had hoped for, providing very helpful information prior to our visit, and then during our stay to help us make the most of our trip. Our gorgeous room had many useful maps & guide books that we could peruse, and we slept so well in the comfortable bed. We felt completely at home and even had storage space in the bedroom and bathroom. We were treated to many cups of tea, no matter what time of day, even late at night as we came in tired from our day of exploring, and each morning we were treated to delicious breakfasts fit for Queens. The first morning the weather was beautiful & we were lucky enough to enjoy breakfast on the beautiful sun terrace. The whole apartment is filled with natural light & couldn't be lovelier, such a perfect central location which makes sightseeing a breeze. We had interesting conversations with both Victoria and Frank and they gave us such a lovely send off. A truly wonderful Airbnb experience, we would not hesitate to stay again & I wholeheartedly recommend! 10/10
Great central location and very unique apartment. Victoria is an amazing hostess. We had amazing breakfasts, suggestions for restaurants and sites and even help with car rental.
