Ideal location for this rental at the entrance of the famous seaside resort of PORTICCIO on the south shore of Ajaccio.
A fully equipped studio of 18 m2 with its private garden to take good sunbathing or barbecue, as well as a private parking space.
Located within 5 minutes to Capitello Beach and downtown PORTICCIO.
Located 2 minutes from shops of 1st necessities, 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Ajaccio city center and its ports.

The space
The apartment consists of an equipped kitchen (with electric stove, range hood, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, laundry machine, microwave oven, dining table) open to the living room, equipped with a 2-person sofa bed, coffee table, wardrobe and flat-screen TV with TNT. The accommodation also has a sleeping mezzanine with box spring and mattress for 2 people.
A bathroom with a power shower, hair dryer, vanity cabinet and toilet.
The living room overlooks the terrace and the private garden at the studio where you will find at your disposal deckchairs, outdoor table and chairs, bench, remote umbrella as well as a barbecue. Everything you need to enjoy the sweet Corsican evenings.
This year, to always improve the experience of our guests, we built a pergola that gives a shaded and really nice terrace. The studio now has a real outdoor room where it's good to have an aperitif under the shade of the canisses.
It's up to you to choose between the shaded pergola or the sunny garden:-)
Of course the pergola and garden are private in the studio and are therefore reserved for you.

Don't be surprised if you see wild Hermann turtles strolling through the garden or driveway of the villa.
They've been home there and feast on all the fruits they can find in our orchard...:-)


Duvets, pillows, bed linen as well as towels are available free of charge.

For our friends who love 2 wheels, please know that you can safely park your motorcycles in the driveway of the villa.

To reach us you have to head towards Bonifacio/Porticcio.
Once you arrive at the roundabout of the Porticcio golf course,just before the gas pump, take the direction Agosta beach/Coti-Chiavari.
