Beautiful redesigned two-story family home with a cozy backyard in a master planned community.

The house has 3 beds/2.5 baths with a spacious loft upstairs. A large kitchen, two car garage, short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations, supermarkets and parks.

Close to the 15 freeway, 10 min drive to the strip, airport, and the Allegiant stadium (Raiders).

No Smoking (tobacco, cannabis, hookah, cigars, or vaping) inside the house. Smoking is only allowed in the backyard. Cigarette butts must be disposed into the trash. Please do not leave it on the ground.

No parties/big events, or loud music after 9 pm. Please keep it respectful to our neighbors.

The only people allowed in the house are registered guests—no overnight unregistered guests without previous approval from your host.

Check-out time is 11am sharp. There will be a $45 late checkout fee if you do not leave on time.

Any violation of the house rules will result in a penalty fee. Violations include (but are not limited to) holding an event or party, smoking inside the house, reporting incorrect number of guests, hosting visitors who are not registered as guests.
