Dog friendly 3 bedroom house with private fenced yard. Fully furnished kitchen and open living room. Mayo Hospital (North Phoenix) is just down the road and is an easy 5 mile/10 minute commute.

Also very close to Paradise Valley Community College (0.7 miles)

The space
South facing so it's warm in the winter. Stay here with friends or family for as short or as long as you like. Fully serviced with high speed internet/wifi and Hulu Smart TV ready for you to use your own subscription services. We don’t provide any TV services, aside from a smart TV to log into your own services.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, including a 2 car garage (although it’s pretty tight with 2 and most people park their second car in the driveway) and a private fenced in backyard with grass. There is also parking in the driveway for 2 cars and parking on the street.

Other things to note
This house is dog friendly with a dog door and a fully fenced backyard. We do ask that you clean up after your dog though! There is a one time $75 Pet fee that will be charged after check in.


NOTE: Between May and September the thermostat is locked with a minimum temperature of 77 to control costs. If you wish to have a cooler temperature, you can for an additional fee of $10 per day to cover the electricity costs.
