2. There is no designated parking lot ~
(There is a free street parking lot in front of the building, but there is not always a space. Parking should be done wisely around)
3. Absolutely no smoking inside~
Please do not smoke as we cannot receive the next guest and will be charged for business losses through Airbnb.
4. It is not a state-of-the-art building because it is using a general residential floor ~
5. Our space has a high toilet seat due to its structure, and the toilet is high because it is a pump.
Since there is a bunk bed in the rest area, special care is required.
Therefore, it is not suitable for small children.
We are not responsible for any accidents caused by the use of the bed and the high chin.
6. There are many shelves inside, and there are glass decorations because it is a space for parties. So it's not suitable for children to come.
We are not responsible for accidents or careless accidents caused by the structure from the inside.

1. Only delivery food and semi-cooked food (microwave and air fryer available) are allowed.
We blocked the hall ventilator due to the noise of the karaoke room ~
After simple cooking, you should open the door for ventilation.
"You can't grill meat or cook squid that smells a lot." (There is an electric kettle, microwave, and air fryer)

3. When requesting a date reservation change, it is possible at least a week before the check-in date, and only once.
*Only available within 30 days of the change request date
(Example: Check-in date: December 25th / Change request: December 15th / Available date: January 13th. Only the date is possible.)
** Since many guests change the date to one month later and receive a 100% refund, we are currently limiting it to within 14 days from the date of the change request to prevent this. Please make a reservation carefully as there may not be a date you want within 14 days. **
4. Smoking is prohibited indoors (rest areas or halls), so please smoke across the first-floor building.

If you smoke, you will not be able to receive the next guest, and you will be charged for the air purifier (Conway) filter (47,700 KRW), and you will also be charged for the refund for the next customer due to the smell of tobacco.
5. No additional guests beyond the number booked are allowed to enter. (A fee will be charged per person upon entry.)
There is a security CCTV above the exit door!

6. No pets allowed. Please keep it!!
In case of violation, forced eviction will be taken, so please!!
7. There are expensive speakers (purchase price 9 million won) and hi-fi equipment in the room, so you will be charged for the items if they are damaged.
Please take care of it. (Please don't scratch or damage it..;)
8. You must wash the dishes and separate and collect the garbage before checking out.
Otherwise, if you move out, the cleaning fee is 25,000 KRW
If blood or stains on the blanket are not removed, the cost of the blanket will be charged.

10. Please do not allow drinks or other foreign objects to enter the piano or electronic devices.
11. There are stairs going down to the basement, many high ledges inside, and glass products and bunk beds, so there is a risk of accidents for young children to spend time.
As a result, we do not recommend accompanying young children.
