Calm and convenient location

This area is easy to get around.
A cultured, walkable, historic retreat for guests who value charm, art, and location over generic “vacation rentals.”! Experience old-world charm with the convenience of NEW. Relax on the front porch, have coffee or tea on the private balcony of the master suite! Walk to Lake Morton to watch the swans cruise at sunset. Stroll to the library, museum, or dinner down the original brick street. You are just a short drive to tons of Central FL attractions (45-50 min to Disney or the beach!).

The space
Spend the weekend reading on the porch, walking to coffee, and strolling past swans! This is a two story home that is perfect for a retreat style vacation with space enough for hanging out with the family! Downstairs boasts a large open kitchen with bar seating, dining, & living room. Plus a laundry room & half bathroom. The couch has a comfortable pull out queen and there is an additional floor mattress (stored under the stairs) that can be used wherever you'd like. Upstairs you'll find the huge master suite with a king size bed (featuring his and her vanities/closets, soaking tub, walk in shower, private toilet & a balcony). Another full bathroom is accessible from the hall for the other two bedrooms (One has a day bed under that can be used as two single beds. The other has a queen bed).

Guest access
Our guests are welcome to enjoy the entire home, yard and driveway (including carport). There is a stand alone garage with an apartment above it behind the house that is a seperate Airbnb. Their only access to the propery is through the alley (you can use the alley as well). Please leave a parking spot for them either directly in front of the garage or next to the trellis for their continued use.

Other things to note
If you have a low vehicle you need to be careful on the driveway or consider using the alley entrance.

Also, in order to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our home, all stays longer than 15 days will require an additional cleaning(s). You will need to coordinate with the host to schedule access and the fee is an additional $200.00 per cleaning
