Our cozy apartment with 85 m² is spread over two floors and has a separate entrance and a private terrace. It is located at the southern entrance to Franconian Switzerland in Thuisbrunn, just about 5 minutes by car from Gräfenberg. The local brewery Elch Bräu – Gasthof Seitz is a few steps away. Thuisbrunn is located directly on the famous Fünf-Seidla-Steig® – ideal for hiking, enjoying and discovering.

The space
Welcome to your vacation home!

On the ground floor, you will find a living room with satellite TV – perfect for relaxing evenings – as well as a lovingly equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area for shared meals.

There is also a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and toilet on the first floor.

Once upstairs, two cozy bedrooms and a small library open up – ideal for relaxing in peace.

In the forest room you sleep in a comfortable double bed, while a sofa bed offers additional space. A small guest sink provides extra comfort.

The cloud room delights with another double bed and a cozy armchair – perfect for relaxing reading hours or daydreaming. Both rooms have a wardrobe and luggage rack.

For additional guests, a sofa bed is available in the living room.
