This is our weekend getaway cabin that we have made available to the public. We love spending time out at this shared property with an additional Tiny Home Airbnb, and want others to enjoy it too! The cabin has an open concept floor plan with views seen from every room! You can sit inside or out and overlook the Texas/Oklahoma countryside.

The space
The cabin has an open living space with countryside views, a kitchen for preparing meals, and one bathroom.

Sleeping arrangements:
• Main bedroom: one queen bed.
• Open loft: three single beds.
• Living room: a couch that can provide an additional sleeping spot.

Maximum occupancy is six guests. The loft is an open sleeping area, so please consider that layout when choosing sleeping arrangements for your group.

Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer and dryer are provided. Guests use their own accounts for TV streaming.

Outside, enjoy the shared 17-acre setting, 4-acre pond, walking trails, and kayaks. You may see local wildlife during your stay. The grounds and outdoor amenities are shared with other rentals.

Guest access
Your reservation includes private use of the cabin and access to the designated shared grounds, walking trails, pond, dock, and kayaks.

Parking is in front of the cabin and shared with Tiny Home With The OK View. Please keep access clear for neighboring guests. A maximum of two vehicles is allowed unless additional vehicles or a trailer are approved in advance.

The barn venue, onsite ATVs, other rental homes, and areas marked private are off limits.

Self check-in is by keypad. Your arrival directions and entry instructions will be provided on check-in day.

Other things to note
• Maximum occupancy is six registered overnight guests. Please review the queen-bedroom, open-loft, and couch sleeping arrangements before booking.

• Check-in is at 3 PM and checkout is at 11 AM, Central time. Early arrival and late departure require approval.

• Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and pond use ends at 10 PM. Please keep outdoor noise respectful of neighboring guests.

• Pets are welcome for $99 per pet, per stay. Two or more pets require approval in advance. Include pets in your reservation and arrange payment before arrival. Keep dogs leashed outside, clean up after them, and crate them when left alone.

• Visitors require prior approval. Parties and events are not included with a standard cabin reservation.

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside.

• Fishing is catch-and-release. Swimming and kayak use are at your own risk. Life jackets are not supplied; bring your own. Children must be supervised around the water, and kayaks must be returned to the dock after use.

• This is a rural property, so wildlife and insects are part of the setting. Contact us if anything needs attention during your stay.

The cabin sits on 17 acres with a 4 acre pond so there is plenty of room to explore! You may even see some of our local wildlife such as deer, hogs, turkey, ducks, geese and many more!
