Newly renovated- Relaxing 3/2 lake house w/private dock, boat launch, fire pit, & sunroom on a beautiful cove @ Lake Granbury. Fish & swim off the dock or boat & jetski on this 8310 acre lake w/103 miles of shoreline. Unwind & enjoy ducks, geese, turtles, fish, sunrise & sunsets on the water or drive 5-miles to town to shop or eat. Whether you desire quiet relaxation, fun adventurous water sports, fishing, playing games w/family or exploring a historically Texas town, this is the place for you

The space
The lake house is perfect for up to 6 guests. Master bedroom with king bed, private on-suite bath and walk-in closet. Master and guest rooms are split by living space. Open kitchen with dining area. Living and sun rooms with lake front views. Relax on the dock or sit around the fire pit at night.

We are the only property in our cove to have our own boat launch on property which can be used by guests. Must open barrier pipe prior to launching boat. Boat slip is not available but you can tie up to dock. See binder on property for more detailed information.

The home is in the Indian Harbor community, which has a guard gate and requires permission for entrance. The towns of Granbury and Glenrose are nearby. Old Granbury town square is about 6 miles away as well as commercial Granbury which has a Starbucks, Home Depot, Walmart, grocery shopping and plenty of restaurants. There are two marinas nearby, Stumpys and Indian Harbor Marina. You can rent boats, jet skis, and kayaks from the marina or Sams Boat Dock nearby. Things to do and where to eat can be found in a binder at the house.
