It's truly indoor & outdoor living at it's finest! Luxury kitchen w/ modern appliances, handmade tile, high-end finishes & oversized island with seating make this the perfect space for cooking... or take-out if that's more your style! This home was featured as a Modernism Week show home & social house with furniture by Room & Board & fully motorized shades by Hunter Douglas. Polished concrete floors throughout. All 5 bedrooms are individually climate controlled, feature TV's & have sliding door access to the outside with patios & path to the pool.

- NO MUSIC OUTSIDE OR LOUD NOISE (**including music coming from inside the house to the outside**) This is a standard rule for all vacation rentals per the City of Palm Springs.

- Noise from property must not exceed 40 decibels at the neighboring property line after 10PM

- Max Vehicles 5 per Rental & Must Provide Plates.

- All Guests Must Sign Statement of Rules and Regulations Provided by City.

- Good Neighbor Brochure Must Be Signed by Primary Occupant.

- Signed copies of Statement of Rules and Regulations and Good Neighborhood Brochure must be posted on the inside of the front door and the primary door to the backyard, or in a conspicuous location near each such door.

- Trash should not be stored in the public view, except on pick up days.

- All persons must be of at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by parents or legally authorized supervising adult.

- A daily occupancy of 14 people max, 10 people overnight.
