Set on a famous boulevard in Leopoldstadt’s 2nd district, you’re steps from hip restaurants, Augarten Park, Donaukanal nightlife and the city center—including St. Stephen’s Cathedral—all within walking distance. The U1 subway stops right in front of the building. A beloved modern coffee shop downstairs serves excellent pastries and sandwiches, popular with locals and expats alike.

The apartment is located very central and on a lively, famous tree lined road leading into the city center. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (it's the 4th for US visitors ;) The newly renovated double glass windows do their fair share to reduce traffic noise.

The location of the loft is close to the city center without being on a tourist mile. My favorite is strolling along the nearby Donaukanal and enjoying warm Summer nights at one of their many bars and restaurants.
