The apartment building was rumored to have been built by legendary architect Julia Morgan, as a way station for workers and visitors to the (then) newly constructed Heart Castle. The units sit across a courtyard from Schooners restaurant, offering a lively ambiance and opportunities for schmoozing with the locals.

Cayucos Beach is right out your front door - you can sit in the Carport lounge and watch the birds, dolphins and surfers play in front of the pier. Enjoy your front row seat during whale watching season, or watch the storms roll into Estero Bay from the comfort of your cozy cabana.

This listing is located next to a restaurant, which is open to 10pm on weekends (9pm weekdays), so there is the potential for a little noise in the evenings.
