A local-inspired and unique addition to the charming neighborhood of Bangkok’s old town, Yeast & Yawn is a feat of minimal design and natural-based concept.

We believe in the harmony of nature and the motto ‘less is more’.

YAWN is the minimal design bedrooms, focusing on eco-friendly concept. All of the furniture is a work of craftsman specially designed for Yawn.

Since we’re located in the heart of Bangkok’s Old Town—a vibrant, lively neighborhood—some street noise may be noticeable. Most guests still enjoy a good night’s sleep with the help of the earplugs and white‑noise machine provided in the room. With all the improvements we’ve made, we can typically reduce the noise level to around 35–50 decibels, which is considered quite quiet for an urban area.

To ensure your comfort, we’ve taken the following steps:
- 100 mm thick acoustic glass installed to significantly reduce outside noise (2022)
- Door sealant added to minimize street noise entering the room (2023)
- New door frames and additional sealing installed in rooms for extra sound insulation(2025)

Earplugs are provided for a better sleep experience, and a white‑noise machine is available in your room to help mask any remaining sounds. Please refer to the instructions provided in the room.
