Each apartment has the following:
1) Bedroom with a double bed. In the adjoining hallway there are clothes hangers and an iron.
2) Full bathroom (we provide guests with towels, bathrobe, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap)
3) Kitchen – dining room equipped with refrigerator, gas stove with oven, blender, pots, a set of dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, cooking utensils. We provide dishwashing liquid and napkins. It has a dining room for 2 people.
4) Wi-Fi access

The apartments and rooms have a separate entrance.

Villa Kennedy is a residential residential area, where elderly people live and mainly university students circulate. It is located very near downtown, it starts on the corner where Avenida Ecuador converge with Avenida Argentina. We're very close to Universities of Concepción and Del Bío Bío. 1 block away there is a Clinic (Las popolas) , three blocks away there is a very stocked and inexpensive supermarket (Cugat) and several establishments for the sale of prepared and local food such as convenience stores and bakeries. We are 9 blocks from Herminda Martin Hospital.

I am an agricultural technician specializing in organic farming. Together with my wife, we have carried out this project with dedication and attention to detail to offer our guests a comfortable stay with excellent value for money. Our niece Daniela helps us manage the platform, and she also helps with the English translation for foreign guests. We have included restored furniture and objects as we love recycling and antiques. In addition, in the decoration we use some wool crafts that have been made by artisans from the north and south of Chile. We offer 2 mini-apartments of 30 and 24 m2, which have a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and separate entrance. We also offer 2 large rooms with a separate entrance, a kitchenette with a minibar, oven, kettle and a full set of dishes. The bathroom is shared and there is access to our kitchen where all the equipment is available for guests.
