Very comfortable and superb central location (near Cae Du Spar). 5 mins walk from village and beach. Sleeps up to 5 - in 1x King Bed, 1x single and 1x full size adult bunk bed. Great wifi, gas BBQ. Baby safety gate. All beach chairs, windbreak, cool bags etc supplied. Lovely comfy little place.
Dogs possible by prior agreement at £10/night/dog. (Please CONTACT HOST, not Rqst to Book if you have dogs).
Min 3 nights rental (excluding peak 6 weeks of Jul/Aug which is weekly).

The space
This very comfortable and superbly located house is ideal for 2 to 5 guests.

Great balcony for bbqs and entertaining. Just a couple of minutes walk to the village, the beach and the golf club. 1 minute walk to the Spar supermarket. Large communal private residents' central garden ideal for kids' games.
Beach chairs, windbreak, cool boxes, included for guest use. Beach trolley in summer months.

Self Check-in is from 2pm with departure by 10am - although we will always be flexible (for either an earlier arrival or later departure) upon request if there is no back to back booking. Key is accessed from a key safe, the combination for which is provided by email before arrival. I am always avaialble by phone 24/7 if you need assistance.
BEDDING AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED.

Guest access
Guests can access whole house except the loft space which is locked. Please note some cupboards in the property are also locked for owner's storage purposes although there is still plenty of remaining cupboard and drawer space for guests' requirements.

Other things to note
Ample parking on the road outside (not a private space). Private parking at back of property by the garages if required. Fibre Wifi has plenty of speed for multiple device streaming etc. Communal garden for use of residents to play football, rounders etc. Smart TV has all the regular freesat channels. Heating is provided by electric radiators & a smokeless coal fireplace (from Sept to April). A very well equipped little holiday house in a superb central location just a few minutes walk from the village and the beach.
