Enjoy a quiet, walkable neighborhood in Historic Uptown Park Avenue, nestled in the midst of the
Ouachita Mountains and Hot Springs National Park. Hiking and wildlife watching can start right out the front door. Gallery district, bathhouses, Northwoods hiking trail, Coffee shop, bath boutique and downtown within immediate vicinity. Wildlife in the area include numerous deer, birds of all types, (you can hear owls at night), raccoons, opossums, armadillos & squirrels! On-premise parking.Stay!

The space
This is my home. It’s newly renovated and has hardwood floors throughout, with new appliances, features on demand hot-water, use of full-sized kitchen and appliances stocked with dishes, utensils and cook ware, washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, central heat and air, gas/convection stove and oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, Wi-Fi, internet, Dish TV, and more. K
*If you use the washing machine, add the clothing prior to the water because... displacement. It will overflow if the water level is on high and you add the clothes after the water. *
Guests can use the gas grill on the carport and outside water hose (now winterized until spring) for crystal or bicycle cleanup. Please leave any crystal hunting gear and shoes outside and please be mindful of the red clay from the days digs and try not to track it in the house. There is room for bike storage in laundry room. I’ll have extra old beach towels and the like on hand in the laundry room to help dry off your bicycles before you bring them in.
The first of two semi-private bedrooms features a midcentury modern teak queen ensemble with a ***CURTAIN *** instead of a door. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed on a frame, it is also equipped with a door that closes and a tiny tv and DVD player and dual doors to the laundry room,
(that are closed, but present). The common space living room has a sofa-bed. There are plenty of bedding supplies and extra pillows tucked into the spaces.

Wonderful and quiet, with easy access to everything you're looking for. Many wonderful things to explore in our little national park! Watch out for deer as they frequent the neighborhood especially at dusk. There are usually 3-5 and they can sometimes be in the road or jump out in front of traffic
