This private apartment is located in a historic St. Paul neighborhood steps from excellent local restaurants & breweries and a ten-minute walk to downtown St. Paul, including the Xcel Energy Center. The Ordway Center for Performing Arts, CHS Field, the Cathedral of St. Paul, The Capitol building, Minnesota History Center, and both the historic downtown and Summit Avenue neighborhoods are easily accessible. Located on a quite street in a friendly neighborhood, yet close to the attractions.

The space
Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with high ceilings. The apartment is on the first floor and the home is a duplex, located in the most historic neighborhood in St. Paul. Filled with charm, this space incorporates the influences of the roaring 20's, while being updated with modern conveniences and an updated kitchen and bathroom. The friendly neighborhood and coziness makes it the perfect getaway space.

Guests have access to the entire private apartment, with shared laundry in the basement (the owners live on site). There is a private entrance to the apartment with a shared back hallway/back entrance.

Neighborhood highlights

The Uppertown and Little Bohemia neighborhoods are among the most historic of the entire metro. Much preservation efforts have made this area a charming mix of historic structures renovated to meld with new eras (1850's brewery and the oldest home in all of MN reside on our street). Because this neighborhood is right on the bluff overlooking the Mississippi river it became a central location for businesses, homes, and walking/biking trails. Today you find these same amenities tucked right next to downtown.
