It was a fantastic first experience with Airbnb. Susan (Bernard's mum) was very helpful. She even volunteered to pick us up from Melaka Sentral and showed us the place in her car. Place was really nice - 2 AC bedrooms, living room with TV & DVD player and kitchen area with fridge and microwave. A km from Jonker Street and half km from nearest 7-Eleven. Much recommended!!
Very nice place. Clean and neat house. Good location. Well suited for family travelers. A couple of cooking vessels more will make the kitchen even better for folks line me who want cook. Something to consider.
House is clean and well-lit, with basic amenities provided. Thanks to Auntie Susan for her hospitality.
It is stated that a washer and a dryer will be provided, but we cannot find it.
As the house is right beside a main road, it can be rather noisy especially at night.
The house is located in quite a convenient place whereby you can always sneak out to have foods. I'd like to recommend a bakery shop which is located next to Casa De Café. Overall, Thumbs up!!
Highly recommended place for stay in Melaka, especially for family. The house is well equipped and the owner is very fast in responding to our query, even help us to solve the Astro problem. Love the simple yet adequate furniture & deco, and the house is very clean. There is some distance from the house to Jonker Street but it is not a problem for us as we are driving. Will definitely come back for our next visit :)
