The space
A special and unique accommodation for the breathtaking view of the Greek-Roman Theater of Catania from the balconies and windows of the house.

The apartment is on the third floor of a noble building from 1860, in the main Via Vittorio Emanuele, in the city center.

There are two double bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite on the lower floor, two bathrooms, a room with a sofa bed, a large living room with two sofas, a comfortable kitchen with a dining area, and a laundry room. All rooms have windows and/or balconies.
The queen-size beds have hypoallergenic mattresses, double pillows, and cotton linen (washed and sanitized by an industrial laundry); in the bathrooms, there are 3 towels per guest and a courtesy set.
