The space
A special and unique accommodation for the balconies overlooking the Greek-Roman Theater of Catania.
It's like living inside the Theater.

In the evening, the balcony of the house will be your exclusive location for enjoying a glass of wine in the illuminated theater, without tourists.
The apartment is on the third floor of a noble building from 1860, in the main Via Vittorio Emanuele, in the city center.
There are two double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite on the lower floor, and the other on the floor with another bathroom, a room with a sofa bed, a large living room with two sofas, a comfortable kitchen with a dining area, and a laundry room.
All rooms have windows and/or balconies.
The queen size beds have hypoallergenic mattresses, double pillows and cotton linen (washed and sanitized by industrial laundry)
In the bathrooms, 3 towels per guest and a courtesy set.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combined microwave, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee machine, Bialetti coffee maker, and a welcome set with oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, aromas, coffee capsules, tea and herbal teas, kitchen linen, and dishes.
One room, with a 140cmx200cm sofa bed, is ideal for remote working.

The stairs have low and comfortable steps, and with a freight elevator we will bring your suitcases to the floor.
Other things to note
The apartment is located between the second and third floors of an old building.
There is an elevator in the building, but it stops on the second and third floors.
Therefore, to get to the accommodation, you have to go up or down a flight of stairs.
If necessary, we will take your suitcases directly to your floor with a convenient freight elevator.
We will personally welcome you at check-in and will be available during your stay for any needs or requirements you may have.
