Relax and unwind at this Bohemian inspired beach house that was featured on HGTV House Hunters! This bright blue gem boasts 3 bedrooms and an oversized rooftop deck. Located just one row back from the water, you can spend your days at the beach and your nights relaxing on the deck.

If you love a peaceful beach but you want to be close to the action of Carolina Beach, Wrightsville Beach, downtown Wilmington or Southport, Kure Beach is the perfect place to vacation!

The space
The first floor is where you will find the kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath, and master suite. Just outside the kitchen we have a gas grill and a fully enclosed outdoor shower.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms (both with access to the roof deck), a full bathroom, and a large loft space.

The massive deck steals the show of this immaculate house! Catch glimpses of the ocean as you dine outside at the table, read on a lounger, chat on a rocker, or relax on the couch. The sounds of the waves crashing will be the perfect background noise during your visit.

PARKING
Driveway accommodates 2 cars- 3 if they are smaller and you don’t mind a tight fit. Garage is where you will find beach gear/bikes, and you are welcome to store your accessories in there during your stay. Additional paid street parking can be found north on Fort Fisher Blvd.

We DO provide hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, one roll of paper towels, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We cannot provide unlimited paper products as some guests stay for long periods of time and it's not feasible (this is standard for the area).

We do NOT provide shampoo, body soap, laundry detergent, or refills for gas tank. Gas tank can be refilled at the gas station 1 mile north.

*$100 non refundable pet fee. 1 dog max. No cats. Fully fenced in small yard, please pick up after your dog and keep pets off furniture!

Other things to note
We get the home treated inside and out by an exterminator on a monthly basis. However, you still might see the occasional bug inside. It's tricky with people coming and going and leaving the doors open at the beach...all the other owners say the same! Please let us know if you see anything- we are happy to send someone over asap if needed!

Kure Beach implemented paid parking for all public spaces starting April 2021. Please be sure to follow parking instructions or buy a permit prior to your visit. The town website has info.

Neighborhood highlights

The house is located just 1/10 of a mile south of public beach access (2 min walk). There are parking spots at the next access .25 mile north of the house in case you want to bring some gear down, or you can ride the beach cruisers!

Kure Beach famous Fishing Pier is just one mile north, and you will find restaurants, diners, coffee shops, and bars in this area. Built in 1923, it's the oldest fishing pier on the Atlantic! Kure Beach Fishing Pier is open 24-hours a day from Good Friday until the Sunday after Thanksgiving.

The Carolina Beach Boardwalk is three miles north, and here you can find even more restaurants, shops and entertainment!

Downtown Wilmington is just over 20 minutes away by car in case you want to check out the historical city or stroll the riverwalk.

The North Carolina Aquarium and the Fort Fisher Civil War Museum and Historic Site are less than two miles south.

Hop on the ferry for a day trip to Southport! They have awesome restaurants, cute bars, and a historic downtown. Tons of shows and movies have been filmed here!
