Interaction with Guests
You'll have the place all to yourselves! If you need anything during your stay, you can call or text me, anytime.
My condo is in Warrior's Mark West, which is located just up the road on Peak 9, so it's more secluded and private than the crowded base of the mountain. Enjoy the peace and silence! The condo is located adjacent to national forest and the ski resort, so you'll have the best views anywhere.
The best way to get to town is to drive. It only takes around 5 minutes to get to main street. You can also hike to town, which takes about 20 minutes. The hike back is uphill though! Breckenridge has a free public bus, but it only takes you to the bottom of the hill.
Other Things to Note
My condo books up fast. Inquire today to make a reservation!
Your reservation includes local & state tax of 11.675%
No smoking cigarettes inside please. When carrying skis, enter and leave through the garage. Leave shoes in the foyer. Turn off the fireplace when you leave the room. Turn off the fireplace at least 1 hour before going to sleep, otherwise the upstairs may be cold.
We allow well-behaved dogs to stay at our condo for a small fee depending on length of stay. Dog must be house trained, stay off the couches, and never scratch at the wood doors in our condo.
Loved staying here! The condo is great and the area is gorgeous. Rob left a great list of places in town to try and had great details of how to use things around the house. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thanks Rob!
Rob made the process extremely easy and the condo was in a great location in Breck. All the kitchen appliances were new. We had two couples stay and the den was great for relaxing after a day on the slopes. We stayed in the guest bedroom which was unfortunately stuffy and cramped (small), but really all we needed.
There should be a better explanation of the ski in/ski out. The ski in is actually a hike in unless you take a black diamond, which our wives did not do. The ski in/ski out is also through tree trails outside the ski boundary and difficult to maneuver. Lastly, the sauna is garage level tucked away in the back corner of a dungeon like room so we stayed away from it.
Overall, the guys would definitely stay again, but the wives not so much.
We had a great time at Rob's condo in Breckenridge. Great views across the slopes from Peak 10 to Peak 6. The condo has great access to the slopes and the town of Breckenridge which was nice. The accommodation was well presented and had all of the required amenities with a great entertainment system. Would be great to stay here again - one day!
Rob's home is very welcoming and extremely comfortable. Located just a few minutes off Breckenridge's Main Street, you feel far enough away from town to really relax, but close enough that you can get whatever you need (literally 5 minutes away...). Great amenities include the sauna, full kitchen, BBQ grill, fireplace, comfortable beds, and of course instant access to the slopes of Breckenridge.
I would only mention that it is not 100% truly "ski in/ski out" (or at least using the trails we were able to find, there may be others). You can easily ski out to the slopes of Peak 9, but getting back uphill is a bit of a hike with ski boots, skis and poles (especially if you are not used to the altitude). I believe however the convenience of access to the slopes makes it worth it - there is really nothing better than simply walking/skiing to the slopes (even if you have to take a few short breaks to catch your breath).
All in all, everyone in our party had a great time! Coordinating with Rob was very easy, and he was reachable when we had questions. We would definitely stay again.
We stayed 8 days in the department of Rob and enjoyed a wonderful week of skiing. The department is as it looks in the photos, very comfortable and has everything you need and more than we expected. It is tastefully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and 3D TV with burning stove in the living room makes you not feel like leaving the house.
Rob has quickly responded to us for any questions you retrieve him.
Rob's condo was the perfect place for our group of 4 plus baby. The condo was cozy, with great views of the mountains, and the best part about it was being able to ski right out onto Peak 9, which from our perspective was the best peak at Breck!
Rob was also very easy to communicate with and all his recommendations for the area were spot on.
Great place, great host. Doesn't get much better for a ski vacation!
Ron's place was perfect for our first trip to Breck. Ski in/out was great and while the place is a little out of town, taxi service is available all day and all night. The place is cozy with a warm fireplace, huge flat screen in the living room, full kitchen and nice patio right out the back door. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Rob's if you're heading over to Breck.

I love skiing, the outdoors, and listening to live music. I've traveled around Europe, South America, and most Asia. My favorite was when I stayed in a bungalow on the coast of Costa Rica. I'm a software developer and have co-founded several startup companies. You're welcome to stay at my ski condo when I'm not enjoying it myself!
