The space
This house is placed in the famous Punta Pozuelo(not a tourist place) were you can enjoy different kind of activities , 40 min from Ponce and San Juan out of the crowded city but in the coast of this beautiful island.
This amazing home is completely renovated ,and modern with 2 BEDROOMS.
➡️Our MASTER BEDROOM has a California King bed with its private bathroom ,with double sink ,also has a SMART TV( with local channels) for those lazy nights.
➡️The 2nd. bedroom has a 3 full beds, and SMART TV(with local channels).
Common Areas are just great :
A modern European kitchen to make some of your favorites food (coffee maker,cutlery, some pans ..please do not take with you if so ,this will be charge)
Dinning Room with a tall square table and their 4 stools to look at the beach while you are eating.
COMMON AREA DOESN'T COUNT WITH AC .
Bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans and great modern illumination all over the house beach and pool views where ever you are you can appreciate the pool and the beach at the same time, all windows have curtains ,most of the time our house is fresh and you can feel the wind and breeze.(MAY TO AUGUST is Hotter)
We have an extra full bathroom(in living room
NO BBQ in Pool Area ,but you can take yours ,please cover the bottom part with a plastic,carton etc..,to avoid oil in floor.)
Our INFINITY POOL it's the most fascinated part of the house AND IS PRIVATE FOR OUR GUESTS a 44ft by 25 could be enough to relax and get started your vacations,with a gazebo , hammock ,and pool chairs feeling the breeze and the sound of the waves.
Do you want to be at the beach??? Go to our gazebo next to the beach take your chair or swing in the hammock.
Note: the beach in front of the house is not swimmable it(all depends on the weather),but walking 3 min at your right hand you will find a "Pozita" were all the days of the year is really good or Playa LOS LIMONES 6 min driving ,also sometimes in the year we can experience sargassum at the beach we don't know when is presenting.
As this property is located in a private road you can do your weeding,party or just a get together (EXTRA CHARGE depends on qty of people and activity)
‼️IMPORTANT NOTICE:
If you are planning to have visits or a get together this need to be notified to apply the correct charges( it has a fee for a pass day/event from 2 up to 100 persons)
📣No other persons are welcome without a notice
.❗️We have security cameras. ONLY outside the pool and parking area,there is strictly prohibited to disconnect the WIFI router of the house (we control pool system and lights, as well as cameras )
➡️The property COUNTS with a SOLAR PANELS(need to be carefull with the use of the energy) in case something happens with POWER in the island or Guayama area.
✅️We are PET FRIENDLY (extra charge of 55dlls per stay per pet. (max.2 pets) ) Is NOT ALLOW the pet sleep in the beds or couch.
✅️Extra hours fee $45 per hour ,need to be notify prior Check in to apply correct charges and manage our schedule
Late Check out without notice will occur in this extra charge in the 1st. 10 min )
📍We protect the security of our guests. For this reason we have installed a security system.
The following outdoor cameras in use:
1. Outdoor camera front door black gate (covering entry area ans stairs)
2. Outdoor camera pool area right & left (covering pool ,parking lot and part of the beach gazebo)
3. Outdoor camera in the right side of the house MAINTANANCE DOOR ONLY.
4. Outdoor camera at road ( covera all the road entrance)

You can enjoy of our private 44ft. Infinity Pool UNIQUE in all Guayama with incredible views, look around Pozuelo excellent restaurants of sea food and "fritangas", also you can take a walk to the one of the ICONIC MANGROVE SWAMP that is almost behind the property.
We are PET FRIENDLY!!!! (As for the extra charge $35dlls per pet(max 2)
