* Children (between 2 and 12 years old) are counted/charged as adults.
Infants (below 2) are free of charge for sharing beds with adults.
* Early check in and late check out will be available with the extra charges. Please ask us in advance.
* We do not provide a private car pick up service.
*There is no free parking space at our house. The nearest toll parking is at 10 seconds walk from our house.

- We are fully licensed and registered with the city of Odawara as a lodging provider.
Since April 1, 2005, under the relevant laws and regulations, the Japanese Government is requiring “foreign nationals who do not possess an address in Japan” to provide their nationality and passport number in addition to their name, address, and occupation, etc. and produce and make a copy of their passport upon checking in at lodgings. This is a mandatory requirement. Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated.
- Check-in time: between 15:00 PM and 21:00 PM
- Check out time: 10:00 AM
-The extra charge will be applicable for early check-in and late check out.
-If you do not check out by 10:00 AM, an additional fee will be added.
- No staff will be stationed at the house. For your safety, a security camera is installed outside the entrance. This is mandatory as the registered lodge provider. Thank you for your understanding.
- The living room and bedroom are located on the 2nd floor. Please note that the stairs are quite steep, so the house may not be suitable for elderly guests or individuals with mobility difficulties.
Please watch your step when moving up and down the stairs, especially if you are traveling with small children. Please kindly understand that guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay.
- There is only one shower room. For those who want to enjoy a relaxing bath, we recommend visiting a hot spring or public bath in Hakone or Odawara.
- To ensure your privacy, house cleaning and linen changes are not provided during your stay. However, for longer stays of 6 nights or more, these services are available upon request. Please let us know if you need them!
- Visitors are not permitted in the room at any time. If a violation is found, a fine of 10,000 yen per person per night will be imposed.
-Please keep the room and furnishings clean and tidy! Charges may incur if you damage or stain the room or furnishings during your stay. If you damage or stain the room or furnishings, promptly report it to the host.
- *Potential for noise on Friday Nights* There is a music cafe-bar next to my Airbnb house. On Friday nights, they have a kind of music event from 1830pm to midnight. Those loud music and peoples chatting voices may bother your good rest. If you want to go to bed early or relax in a quiet environment, this is not the place for you to stay on "Fridays".
