Other things to note
Marley is our sweet loving black lab. He is a big dog but very gentle and mellow. He will not jump up on you or lick you. But he will walk out to greet you when you arrive. He knows nothing but love!

Please note again that this is a REAL treehouse with an indoor/outdoor living space that is perched high in a Kukui Nut Tree. Although we have an exterminator maintain the property on a monthly basis, there may be occasional bug sitings.

Because we sit at 1,800 feet in elevation, temperatures do get cool in the evening time through early morning, especially during the winter months. Please bring appropriate clothing and attire to ensure you are comfortable during your stay. Extra blankets are provided.

Although we love welcoming our families with little ones to our other properties, this home is not suited for children. Please feel free to inquire about our other listings that are kid friendly.

Our laundry facilities are located on the main property, just a short walking distance from the treehouse. We happily provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience.

Aloha! Hi my friends! I've been living in Hawaii for the past 7 years, and been on the Big Island since 2014. I absolutely love it here and consider Kona my home. I was fortunate enough to find this wonderful property on 3-acres a few years ago and happy to share it with friends and new guests! A little about myself: I'm a small business owner and work in the solar industry on the Big Island. We help homeowners setup their solar operation and teach people about the benefits of solar. Currently, the house is completely sustained by the sun and working on new ways to be efficient. My hobbies include diving, spearfishing, the gym and hunting. The goal is to live a simple and healthy lifestyle. I love clean air and clean water. What more can I ask for? Im and avid tropical fruit tree collector and i'm growing quite a variety of fruit trees: (currently i've planted over 200 trees with 150 different varieties of fruits!) We have mangoes, avocados, passion fruit, dragon fruit, papayas, bananas, oranges, lemons, limes, guava, and many more. As a host, I'm accessible for your needs and requests. I'd love to accommodate first time visitors to Hawaii island, and returning guests. Welcome to the Big Island!
