The space
[Rakuhosei] is located near Nijo Castle and has a historic city feel.
There are two Japanese-style rooms and a balcony on the 2nd floor, and a kitchen, Western-style toilet and bathroom, and a tatami tea room on the 1st floor. Everything has been renovated, and you can use the convenient facilities in the old-fashioned building.

1. If you check in without informing the host, you can leave your luggage in the room and go out. However, be sure to return the key to its original place so that the cleaning staff can enter the house. The cleaning fee is quite a lot. Cleaning is only done once before check-in. Please note that if the key is not found and the cleaning staff is unable to clean, the customer will be charged for the cleaning after that!
