Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, 35 miles from Round Top and close to several local wineries.

Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or water sports at Lake Somerville.

This is a Tiny House but we remain Dog Friendly. We have a $50 per Dog fee per stay.

The space
The tiny house has a comfortable queen size bed, a spacious shower and bathroom with a regular sized sink and toilet, and a nice kitchen area. The home has a smart TV mounted on the wall in the living area that can be connected to your smartphone's hotspot to watch Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, etc.

Several outdoor areas are available to enjoy complete with grills and firepits.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire tiny house.

Other things to note
The tiny house is located near another tiny house and another one of our rental properties. There is plenty of parking available, but we want our guests to know there may be other visitors in a nearby Airbnb rental.
