Welcome to CASA PLAYA at Radisson Blu Residences! We are located in front of Punta Blanca entrance 5. The nearest beach is a 5-minute drive away.

In our beach house you can enjoy the proximity of the most beautiful beaches as well as the tranquility of a private development, close to everything.

Note:
We do not have hot water in the showers at the moment. Also, keep in mind the floor design, it is veined and for some people it seems dirty but in reality it is its design.
The sofa has a sun stain but rest assured it is clean.
The burners have a worn color but work perfectly.
Our backyard is under construction.

Take into account the country's energy crisis and the lack of electricity at certain times. We do not have an electric generator. We have an electric stove on site. (This information will be updated as the energy situation in the country progresses - especially for reservations made in advance)
