This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.
The unit is close to family-friendly activities and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the comfy bed, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers alike .

The space
This unit is very welcoming and a nice place to relax after a long day of touring or before a busy day of business appointments. It's roomier than many others thus you can sprawl before getting back out and about in beautiful Makati.
The unit has one bedroom with a roomy queen size bed, one rollout bed, a tiled bathroom, a kitchen fully equipped with basic cutlery, utensils and cooking necessities and a comfortable sofa in the living room.

There are many restaurants to enjoy on the ground level of the building. Just to name a few types, they have Italian, American, South American, buffet restaurant and other varieties. There is also a Hyper Market, which should meet most of your grocery.
Other amenities include:

- Housekeeping services by request, at additional fee
- Access to the recreational facilities such as fitness center, lap pool, jogging trail

Guest access
Enjoy a refreshing bath after an eventful day at the swimming pool with 25m lap pool. You will also have an access to the Gym/ Fitness Center and jogging path. There is a nominal charge of 150php per person to use the pool.

In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, please take into consideration the following information:
-Prior to leaving the room, please check if you have turned off the air condition and please make sure you do not leave the water running in the bathroom and in kitchen sink. Please help us conserve electricity and minimize charges by switching off equipment when not in use.
-This is an apartment building and therefore does have typical hotel style front desk service.
-Check in: 3:00PM & Check out: 12:AM, we are flexible pending availability at no additional costs.
-Please treat the equipment and furniture as you would your own.
-Please avoid making loud noises. No parties are allowed.
-Smoking is prohibited
-Pets are not allowed
For garbage disposal and in an effort to provide quality services to residents and guests, the building management is committed to a thorough and effective waste collection schedule (please refer below). You will hear a bell sound in the hallway when the waste collection takes place:
