This is the vacation house you have been looking for! Amazing 3,600 square ft house 5 blocks from the beach! 3 blocks from the main drag of PB that's has lots of shopping/bars/resturants. House is newly built and comes with all the modern amenities and space you and your family/friends need. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen or drinks poolside. Bbq out back ( please provide own propane…tanks supplied )Watch the sunset every night on the rooftop deck with ocean views! 12/1/24 neighbor building

12/1/24 just became aware of Nextdoor neighbor building adu in his backyard so expect some day time construction sounds While being a great house for larger groups we ask that this house not be treated as a “party” house. No bachelor/bachelorette parties No wedding parties no I’m sick of quarantine parties...you get the point....do not party at this house. It is close to great night life but is also situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. Please consider that when deciding if this house is right for your stay. **Do not book** if this will be a problem for your stay!! I reserve the right to leave bad reviews and even kick out offenders of this rule!

Brand new Hot Tub heater! House has tankless water heaters so run the hot water for a few minutes to get it warm. Upstairs showers may take a little longer since the house is so big. Pool/hot tub hours are firm 9am-10pm
