Welcome to my beautiful home, with ocean views and lagoon. She is on the quietest street in Barra de Ibiraquera, affectionately nicknamed the street of the Buddhas.
It brings a lot of comfort to those who stay: Ortobom mattresses, very warm bath, gourmet kitchen, air conditioning, blackout curtains, barbecue, cable internet, smart TV, hot tub in the suite. In the bedroom I can put two single mattresses in place of the queen bed.
There are guests who don't even go to the beach, they stay here even though it's so tasty.

The space
The hottest thing in the house are the big windows that lead to the green. From the living room you can see the lagoon, a little bit of the sea, and yet it is undecided, because it is at the top of a hill. It is on a land of 1600m2 with a beautiful lawn and many plants, Villa Nyima, where I have another house to rent and the house where I live. The swimming pool and outdoor areas are shared, but each house has its own space, creating harmony in the garden. The lawn is great for practicing yoga, stretching, meditating or reading a book.
Children are welcome, but it is worth remembering that the deck has no guardrail, on its highest side is about 1.20m, and the staircase also has no handrail.
We have a laundry room at the bottom of the land with lava and drought.

This street is a little place of peace and quiet, and we like to keep it that way. All neighbors take care of noises, music playback and parties so that the delicious silence is interrupted only by the sound of birds.
Barra de Ibiraquera is a unique corner, a paradise that can accommodate everyone. For families have the calm waters of the lagoon, the sea is excellent for surfing and the ideal wind for those who sail. Nature is lush and beyond all green there are dunes, birds, their flights, trails and whales in spring.
