It is a modern , well laid out space equipped to accommodate the business traveler, the vacationer, or those who just want to relax and recover. It is comprised of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. It is safe and well secures. It is well located in a residential area. It has an exterior balcony which provides a birds eye view of the entire neighborhood as well of the rising of the sun and the moon. Guest can order take out from most restaurant in the for less than $2:00 USD for delivery. Chairs and tables are provided for exterior dining. The guest has access to a washing machine and dryer which is in an enclosed area upstairs. There are 2 air condition units in the apartment.

The Alberttown Police Station is 2 blocks away from the apartment.
