The new Carriage House is located in picturesque Seabright Cottages. A relaxing place to stay here in Point Roberts overlooking the Strait of Georgia. Ocean views and forest surround the property with abundant protected wildlife including bald eagles and deer. Guests have access to special amenities. A pool, hot tubs, fire pit and public trails one of which leads down stairs to the beach. I will only interact with guests if there are any questions unless one is coming in for a healing retreat.

The space
The Carriage House studio is 600 square feet and is private and separate from the main residence with a view of the forest from behind. There are ocean views from the bathroom and glimpses from the living area. Just built in Seabright, an upscale private development in Point Roberts, with ocean views and a private pool with hot tubs for residents. There is a denim couch that opens into a king size bed with pillow top. TV, internet and stereo use are included. There is a tiled shower and kitchenette with small fridge/freezer, sink, microwave and a toaster oven. I supply coffee, tea and free continental breakfast items and treats. If you have an allergy or specific request (gluten free) please message me.

We are now offering an additional intimate dinner for two with a private chef using some organic farm to table ingredients from our garden. Please let me know in advance to make arrangements and I will give you details. Limited menu is being offered to dine in or out.

I supply handmade soaps, and basic amenities for your stay.

Point Roberts is located in a wonderful small community just over the border of Canada access to Vancouver is only 40 minutes away, We are in a very safe location over the border snd one would have to have their passport or Nexus with them to cross. Point Roberts is home to the award winning Bald Eagle Golf Club and the Point Roberts Marina. We have various park and beaches in the area. Over the border, Tsawwassen and Ladner have wonderful restaurants, and the largest mall in North America is the Tsawwassen Mills if one needs to go shopping and experience other dining options.

If one is interested in any other services I have access with advance notice to offer yoga, reiki, and aromatherapy oils.

Neighborhood highlights

Our neighborhood is special because it is located on a 65 acre farmland development. There are amazing views of the ocean and we are located near other hiking trails in the area. The pools and spa are only for people that own in the community. Only guests staying at the Airbnb are authorized to be in the pool. I will need the make and model of the vehicle of any guest staying to let others know ahead of time. There is a common area fire pit near the pool area that is available when there is not a Burn ban. Currently we are under a burn ban (June).
