Large bedroom suite w/ king size bed is on its own wing of the house w/ family room & full bath on that side. There is a second queen bedroom that has its own bathroom. 4th bedroom on upper level. We have recently finished an extensive remodel of the home and have provided tasteful new furnishings throughout. You will find it to be spacious, comfortable and well-appointed with all the amenities you need. Free wifi and good cable package, you will find this home to be perfect for family gatherings and a great starting point to enjoy the best that Eugene has to offer.

Located two blocks from Amazon Park which has an extensive bike/running trail network, large outdoor pool, new playground, skate park and so much more. The home is also 2 mi. to UO campus and downtown Eugene. Walking distance to great shopping and one of a kind restaurants. It is also on a dead end street with room to park 2 cars on site.

With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room and family room, this home will comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. The primary suite has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms each have a queen size bed. The upstair’s room/ office has a full size bed. There is large mud room with a private exterior door that is perfect for secured bike storage and has also been turned into a children’s toy/play room. Private washer/ dryer and the home is always well stocked.

Enjoy our backyard patio and we are proud to note that our house is a pesticide free zone with organic gardening for the past 20 years.
