Welcome to Northern Maine! escape to our cozy, dog friendly lodge tucked in the Maine woods, just steps from the Piscataquis River. Enjoy direct ATV, and snowmobile trail access, peaceful mornings, starry nights, and a comfortable space to unwind after outdoor adventures. A quiet, welcoming retreat for couples, families, and nature lovers

The space
The driveway will be shared by one other small cabin rental (be aware they also may have snowmobiles) but each will have completely separate parking areas. The lodge looks and feels like a big open cabin on the inside. You have the whole space to yourselves to enjoy. There is one bedroom downstairs with a private bath, another bedroom upstairs also with a private bath, and the third bedroom is a loft which has two twin beds. There is a bathroom on the main floor that can be used by all. The single bed in the "common space" is a folding single bed that we only provide when guest parties are seven and is an additional $30 person/night. We provide all linens. You are free to use the pellet stove, instructions for its use is in the lodge guidebook

Guest access
Feel free to roam around the property. Please keep pets on a leash, (there are other rentals in the area) ….We have over 5 forested acres with river frontage. Get out and explore! There is a quiet camp road that goes into the back of the property that makes a nice walk. There are two garages on the property which will be locked. We use the garages for grounds maintenance and other projects for the property so you may see us entering them on occasion or working throughout the property.

Other things to note
Feel free to enjoy our outdoor fire pits and seating by the river. Dogs allowed only, (no cats please as the host is allergic)
