Enjoy sunny Florida in a big, bright beautiful house with a gorgeous private pool and hot tub! Are you planning to visit stunning beaches, Streamsong Golf Resort, Disney or Busch Gardens and come home to relax afterward? Then you've found the perfect centrally located home!

The space
Great location. 30+ windows for lots of light, 45 minutes to Disney, 45 minutes to Busch Gardens, 30 minutes to world-renowned Streamsong Golf resort, about an hour to stunning beaches! Our home is right in between Tampa and Orlando in beautiful Lakeland, making it a great central home base for exploring. Home has a comfy front porch, huge deck with large pool, and hot tub in the great backyard overlooking acres of woods. The house is beautifully decorated and well-appointed with all you will need for an incredible stay.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house. There is 24 hour arrival, a dishwasher, washer, dryer, iron, all kitchen appliances, amazing deck, wireless and wired ethernet internet, and towels and linens. We have a coffee bar for all your coffee and tea needs. The TV's have access to Roku and Chromecast.

Other things to note
When we stay at our home, our Golden Retriever stays with us in our beautiful home. We have a high performing Blueair carbon/HEPA air purifier but if you have allergies to dogs, this might not be the home for you.
