Guest access
Guests will have Maravilla's community access similar to 4-Stars resort's amenities with fitness center, picnic area with outdoor grills, heated swimming pools, a hot tub, cornhole game boards, shuffled board court and tennis courts.
Please note:
* There is no outdoor grill at the house
* Private pool cannot be heated
* Gated beach access for Maravilla's residences and their guests-only is 30 feet across the street.

Self- Check In access codes will be provided to you 48-hours before your arrival date as new code(s) are being frequently generated.
EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT POLICIES:
CHECK-IN: Arrival at or after 4pm
CHECK-OUT: Depart before or by 10am.
Due to the nature of vacation rental industry, and so that we may properly prepare for each of our guest, we are unable to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests. Please be sure to plan your trip accordingly. There will a charge of $100 per hour for late check out.
PARKING: 4 parking spaces on driveway. No boat, no commercial vehicle and no trailer is allowed. Car(s) parked on the street & unassigned space will be fined and towed away at the owner’s expenses.
OCCUPANCY: The number of guests is limited and not to exceed 15. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or eviction.
NO PARTY & LOUD NOISE: No refund for involuntary early departure due to eviction.
NO SMOKING of any substance inside or outside on property. Fines strictly enforced.
NO PETS of any size or breed are allowed. Fines strictly enforced.
DOORS & WINDOWS: Please do not open windows. Doors are to be closed tightly at each entry & exit to keep the indoor cool at desired temperature set at 72 degree Fahrenheit.
APPLIANCES: Small and major appliances are inspected thoroughly prior to your arrival to make sure each is working properly. Please note:
* Refrigerator: Please do not change its manufactory's recommended temperature setting. It is NOT unusual for read temperature to rise above/warmer than the setting temperature on the evening of your check-in day. It is due to the fridge being accessed/opened more frequently and warm groceries/food are being stocked full at once. Fridge/Freezer will work hard overnight while you asleep to cool down at set temperature.
* Garbage Disposal: Please do not put in anything you wouldn't want to put in your garbage disposal at home. To name a few: coffee ground, grease, eggshells, onion skins, potato peels, hard foods (bones, nuts, pits.. ) dry expandable foods (pasta, oats, rice ... )
FURNITURE: Please do not remove or re-arrange furniture.
Indoor furniture stays in-door. Pool furniture stays on pool's deck.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1000 refundable security deposit is required ( pre-authorized charge up to $1000 if booked through Airbnb) for all reservations in case of the followings: property loss or damage, failure to comply with party & noise/smoking/pet/occupancy/check-out guidelines as well as Cable TV’s Pay-Per-View charges.
COMMUNITY’S AMENITIES: Clubhouse, Fitness Center and Office
* The Clubhouse is available for use by the owners and their guests. It has a lounge/meeting area with a television screen and a kitchen area.
* The Fitness Center is equipped with free weights, two treadmills, an exercise bike and an elliptical trainer.
* Swimming Pools with Spas - There are two swimming pools and a spa on the property. One pool is located north of the Clubhouse and the other pool is located south of Condominium Building #2. The north pool is heated during the Winter months.
* Tennis and Shuffled Board Courts - There are two tennis courts located east of the clubhouse. There is one shuffled board court located east of the tennis courts. The game poles and disks for shuffled board are kept inside the clubhouse next to the Coke machine. Please return them after use.
* Grill Areas - There are two charcoal grill areas. One is located east of the Clubhouse and the other is south of Condominium Building #2. Please clean up after use.
NO LIABILITY/INDEMNIFICATION/HOLD HARMLESS: Owner(s) of the property do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage, injury or death to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold property’s owner harmless for any liabilities of loss, theft, damage, cost or expenses whatsoever arising from or related to any claims or litigation which may arise out of or in connection to Guests’ use and occupancy of the rental property, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property loss/damage.
