The space is in a newly remodeled house. This charming room has a sliding door to a spacious back deck and private access to a new salt water hot tub, grill and beautifully landscaped backyard. I live here (but I’m typically away while hosing) and occupy the third floor in the house. I’d love to be home to greet you and answer any questions you may have about the house or the area.

The space
Just a couple minutes walk from downtown Bozeman, situated on a quiet residential side street there are a number of bars and restaurants just a few blocks away. The Elm concert venue is one block away. The room has a comfortable queen size bed, closet, dresser, TV, WiFi and direct private access to a NEW hot tub right outside your room. You have a private bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and spacious walk in shower with double shower heads. Guests have access to a beautiful kitchen with attached dinning room, foyer and mud room to store skis snowboards and whatever gear you want to keep warm.

Guest access
The door in the driveway has a keypad and I will send you the code the morning of your arrival. I can usually be available to greet you and show you in/show you around if you’d like. Easy parking on the left side of the driveway right off a quiet residential side street

During your stay
I live here with 2 VERY small dogs that are very sweet and get along with everyone and every dog they’ve ever met. I’m typically gone, especially on weekends and usually stay somewhere else when hosting so you will have plenty of privacy and the house all to yourself. I’m always available via text or a phone call if you have any questions or concerns
