The Living areas are open plan with lots of natural light spilling in from large fold out doors. There is a feeling of an indoor-outdoor experience with the rooms flowing onto a deck in the front and a Tuscan courtyard at the back of the house. The courtyard is surrounded by greenery and the sound of a trickling water feature. The front of the house is decked with a sun terrace, pool and a verandah with beautiful views of Table Mountain.

The cottage was one of the original Cape Cottages in the area and recently renovated and designed by an Architect and Interior Designer who worked closely together to achieve all the comforts of modern living and while maintaining the warmth and charm of this characterful Cape Cottage.

All three bedrooms have beautifully modern ensuites, large windows and privacy from the warm inviting living space and kitchen.

The cottage is walking distance to the vibrant restaurants of Kloof Street. For beachgoers, Camps Bay with white sand beaches is within reach—or just lie by the tranquil pool at home and enjoy the mountain views and the sounds of the birds.

The recently established 'My city bus route' provides excellent access to all areas of Cape Town and has a bus stop just round the corner from the cottage. You can choose whether to hire a car, walk or travel the easy way on the excellent bus service.

We live near by, so if you need help we are more than willing to help. But we also are conscious of your privacy and therefore will not to be intrusive.
