Which is meant to be enjoyed without shoes. 43" Samsung 4K UHD TV with Amazon Prime Video and Netflix. Frontier 200 / 200 WIFI. There is a dual blade pilot ceiling fan for comfort and additional light. There is also a workspace with a comfortable chair and desk. Nest Protect smoke and carbon monoxide detector and Nest Learning Thermostat. Alexa voice controls the desk lamp as well as the frontier cable in the living room.
Patio:
The property has a small patio and backyard. The patio has a comfortable 2-Piece Metal Patio Deep Seating Set with Gray Cushions and mango and blue accent pillows. The property is also equipped with a laundry room with a washer and dryer in the patio area.

Every light in the home is LED. The property is equipped with (2) Nest Protect smoke and carbon monoxide detectors as well as the latest NEST Learning Thermostat. We use eco-friendly Branch Basics nontoxic cleaning products made from plant and mineral based natural ingredients. All products are safe for humans, pets and the earth. In our pursuit for environmental sustainability and energy conservation we use Nest learning thermostats and LED light bulbs. Every space offers filtered drinking water. In addition, we use H/E dual flush toilets to conserve water resources. To progress the transition to sustainable green energy we have a STUNNING Tesla Model S P90D for rent. We also offer Tesla (EV) chargers at most locations. Next, you will be spending on average 33% of your time in bed. We have a "smudge kit" in every bedroom to purify, re-energize, restore, cleanse and balance energy. This saturates the space with peace, calmness, positive intention and energetic resonance at a quantum level. Every space has been blessed, saged and energetically cleared. All properties incorporate faux plants, living walls and natural healing crystals for enhancing positive vibrational frequency. Most Short-Term Rentals (STR) and many hotels do NOT replace or launder the blanket on the bed after every guest.
