This modern, well-appointed 1-bedroom, 1-bath home is designed for comfortable longer stays in one of Venice’s most desirable neighborhoods. The space is open, bright, and thoughtfully laid out, with a full kitchen suitable for everyday cooking, a comfortable living area for work or relaxation, and a small private outdoor patio that adds rare livability for Venice.

The bedroom feature queen-size memory-foam mattresses, while the living room includes a memory-foam sleeper sofa for additional flexibility. The bathroom includes a deep soaking tub and rainfall shower, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the neighborhood.

The unit also includes in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning and heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a 55” HDTV with streaming services, keyless entry, and one reserved off-street parking space. Beach cruiser bikes and beach gear are provided for easy coastal access.

The space is designed to feel livable, not temporary.

We value a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This home is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. Any violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the unit or in the private yard, including cigarettes, cannabis, or e-cigarettes. If you choose to smoke, it must be done off the property on the public sidewalk only.

As with many homes in Venice, you may occasionally hear light, muffled sounds from the unit above. This is typically minimal, but we like to note it for full transparency.

Venice is an active coastal neighborhood, so occasional city sounds such as helicopters, sirens, or beach activity may be heard from time to time.
