The condo in an occupied home . There is another Airbnb Suite. Quiet time from 10PM to 7AM.
Upsidedown condo,suites are downstairs.
Fire extinguisher is in the garage. Firstaid in power room upstairs.

I furnished the room with care and thoughtfulness. Thinking what would make your stay pleasant and relaxed.
My AIRBNB is a five star hotel room at an AFFORDABLE PRICE
A cup of coffee is a must in the morning, there is a COFFEE MAKER AND THE FIXINGS. And where are my guests going to have theirs in the GRADEN of course.
The PATIO TABLE AND COMFY CHAIRS are there for your delight. MICROWAVE, of course, REFRI WITH FREZEER for Ice-cream,of course.
Well some of my guests will be business people. SoFAST INTERNET and WIFIis a must.
No matter if my guests are visiting ,on vacation or working the bed has to be comfortable with LOTOS OF PILLOWS. I got you a KING SIZE BED so you, can spreead out without bothering your sweetheart.
What else? Regina think.... A TABLE AND CHAIRS that can be for eating a meal or placing a PC.
Oh! an EASY CHAIR AND LIGHT for reading and books if they need one.
SNACKS, sure, remmeber thsy are not at home and from time to time we need a something in the middle of the night.
I don't like air condicioner, there is a CEILING FAN. The jacket got wrinkled on the suitcase, there is BOARD AND IRON. PAPER PLATES, PLASTIC CUTTELERY, BEACH TOWELS AND PIC-NIC BASKET

DOGS, yes, they are welcome and I myself care for them from time to time. Just one thing I have to CHARGE EXTRA for the cleaning because unfortunately some people are allergic to pet's hair.

Parking is 100feet from the conod on our private streets. first come first serve. The spaces are available till 5:30 after that you can park 1/2 block from the house on the street About 2 minutes walk

I am about 5 miles from Laguna Beach the road going is unique because it is a passage through mountains. Great number of restaurants. A very nice open mall, Sprectum, is about 2 miles from the house. Movie Theater also very close. Behind the condominium the is a nature walk and places to hike like the top of the world is near by. I just discover a natural private lake about a mile and a quarter from the house that after requesting you can go fishing. A car rental is about a mile form the house. The train station is 5 miles and the Metropolitan Bus station about 3/4 miles. Disneyland about 30 to 40 minutes away. Right in the middle of LA and San Diego
