Beautiful country house in the middle of the Atlantic Forest. It is a large and bright house, the perfect place to escape from São Paulo and relax without giving up the coziness. We have trails in the woods, many lakes and a wonderful waterfall, all within the ranch that is only 60 km from São Paulo!

Access is via the Regis Bittencourt highway, in the Palmeirinha neighborhood. There is a short stretch of dirt road (1.9 km), but an ordinary car is sufficient, even in rainy periods.

The space
Our ranch is the perfect place to enjoy a weekend with family and friends in an environment surrounded by nature and lots of water. The ranch has several trails through the woods for hiking and contemplation. Also enjoy cooling off in the waters of the waterfall.

The house is very beautiful and spacious. It has two bedrooms, one suite with a KingSize bed and one bedroom with a Queen bed (which can become two single beds). On the mezzanine there is another bed with a spare mattress underneath. The full kitchen is combined with the living room so that it allows a better interaction between the environments, it is perfect for those who like to cook without being away from the conversation in the living room. We also have a fireplace for warmth on cold winter days and a barbecue grill.

The house has a good internet connection, suitable for home office. However, in cases of heavy rains, it is subject to interruptions. The phone signal is also limited to some locations and operators (Vivo). If you have an emergency, you can always turn to the caretakers.

The water on the property comes from a spring and is potable, so there is no need to bring drinking water.

We accept pets, but you must include them in the booking, as there is a fee of 50 reais to cover the increased cleaning effort. If the pet urinates on any furniture or carpet, there will be an additional charge.

The site's plot is large and surrounded with a convetional fence, so it doesn't stop your pet from leaving. For this reason, if your dog usually runs away, we recommend that you leave it in the house or when you go out with it, use a guide. Neighboring dogs may eventually appear, but they are all very docile.

Regarding security, it is very peaceful. We have had the ranch for 30 years and know the entire neighborhood.
